Am curious: does anyone know the difference??
They look exactly the same, yet are obviously different enough for Porasche to give them different numbers.
Is the 962 a development of the 956?? (It so, why did they bother: the 956 won practically everything it entered...)
Yours,
William

I know the 962 followed on from the 956, the change over was somewhere around 88/89/90 i believe.
I also know a few people made road going versions of the 962 (like Dauer and Koenig).
Other than that i can't help, but i'm sure if you put "Porsche 956 962" in Google there'll be something useful out there.
