Does anyone know
a- where you can get replacement ones?

b- if theyre easy to replace?

mine are delaminated quite badly and look a bit $hit!

Stripped and relaquered mine. See previous post on this. Didn't take long and they look like new again. Cost about £3.50 for the laquer

Alternatively, you could try the breakers (e.g. Douglas Valley, Bell Hill). My last 4.2 had one of these - a bugger to keep sealed and make look decent mind you (a constant thorn in my side)
