After the disappointment of a reprinted RS feature in this month's Total 911 (albeit a reasonable article in itself), the tired old re-hash of facts and figures in this month's 911 & Porsche World article is almost too much to bear.

Three thoughts occur:

a) only Chris Harris should be permitted to pen (type?) future articles on such extreme 911s in future;

b) thanks are due to Total 911 for forcing GTPP to significantly up their game - trouble is, this has left T911 looking a little off the pace (I hope they survive); and

c) 911&PW is consistently one staggeringly dull production - how do they survive?

Rant over - should think myself lucky I can actually drive the car I so want to read about as well.

Driving 911s is supremely better than reading about 911s.
I never tire of either.
