TVR Breakdown Cover

In the Tuscan handbook, P49, breakdown cover is mentioned. I haven't had any paperwork through. does this apply in the UK? Can anyone tell me who the provider is and the level of cover?

My Tamora (new last Sept) is covered by TVR recovery for one year. I have used it, its outsourced to RAC.

Is it Homestart, rescue, recovery? Is europe covered?

Your dealer should have made you aware of this on collection, and there should be a covering letter along with your handbook pack until your plastic 'memberhip' card comes through. With all new TVRs you get 'TVR Total Care', a package which includes Roadside Assistance, Recovery, Onwards Travel, and At Home. You are covered for 12 months from date of registration and it covers anyone driving the car. The breakdown assistance number is 0800 500155, and customer services number is 0870 0102556. It doesn't cover Europe, but I think that you can ring and pay to upgrade the cover. I hope that this helps. Best regards, Tony
