Anyone get a "Happy new year" from the Police?

Driving home this afternoon 12 hours after last drinking we were on the lookout for a big police presence.

We didnt get stopped, but nearly stood the car on its nose after seeig a T5 lying in wait with lights flashing on an onramp ready to pounce.

Anyone get a new year handshake from the boys in blue?

nah, but i saw a couple a mondeo and corvette on the clapham bypass had been stopped by a marked omega.

also driving home last night, around 3:30am i saw alot of drunk driving, not bad driving but when people drive everywhere at 30mph trying not to attract attention but in fact doing the complete oposite...

makes me smile
