Saw these for sale at silverstone last summer, waste of money is my opinion. Cars cost about 5 quid each and a piece of foam!!!

Don't worry gaz.....they are okay.

I bought one for Ray at Christmas. Doesn't take up as much room as scalextric although the fencing is fiddly.

They only had it set up half an hour and they were adapting the cars to make them go faster

All good fun if you don't expect too much.

Not true! I met Derek at Snetterton and I bought one for my kids! The whole package was well put together and very good value.

I've just bought one off ebay as well - purely for our two boys for when they're old enough you understand!!

I've not tested it as yet,but,it does seem quite good value (£14.99) at the moment - given the stated rrp

It can go up in the loft with the TVR Scalextric set for now-or should I be practicing to give myself a better chance against them in the future!!

Only a small point but if anyone wants their money back I think this guys misselling.

I believe the cars do not have NiHi batteries in them at all but are simply discharge capacitors. The type of which were changing hands for less than a fiver after last christmas.

The problem with them is that although that track looks great I doubt the cars would make it more than once round.

Of course I could be wrong.

Julian, you are very wrong . As it says on the box the cars have internal NiMH 1/3rd AAA rechargeable batteries. Typically the cars will run for about 5 minutes off a 1.5 minute charge. There are plenty of videos on my websites showing the cars in action.
We have displayed and raced these cars at numerous motor sport events over the last 2 years (we have even had real racing drivers having a go), and I can assure you that if you are any good you should be able to complete at least 30 laps of the competition layout from a single charge (if you want longer runtimes simply do a double charge).
