Anyone seen the pics of the new esprit in auto express this week?

Looks a nice piece of kit but i cant help thinking its a bit like an elise on steriods!

they are not photos of the new Elise though...they are photoshopped 'artists representations' ...i.e nothing like ! ....I doubt the styling is even finalised yet...the car is 2 years away

I do like Lotus design at the moment, very individual in comparison to other marques, just need to up the creature comforts to appeal to a broader audience.

I sincerely hope they don't up the creature comforts, personally, as it would just turn it into a Luxury barge. Something that Lotus do not produce. Admittedly their cars have air con and a stereo but lets face it 'all the creature comforts' means LARD to a sportscar maker whose motto is 'Performance through light weight'
