Austec service

Had my exhaust tweaked at Austec this morning and just wanted to say how much their service impressed me. They were really friendly, and i can quite honestly say it's the best treatment i've ever had from anywhere i've taken any of my cars into.

I think alot of garages could take a leaf from their book on service levels- they dropped me off into Crawley and picked me up when the car was ready. The morale amongst the staff seemed really good too.

All this coupled with the fact that my zorst now sounds bl**dy awesome(), made for a cracking day.

Agreed 'bloody nice blokes' and what a great exhaust mod

Not a bad word to be said against Austec... well apart from they find all the things that you have paid for previously and that has not been done... but that is good thing ( shame on those previous garages)

I have to admit I don't use them all the time cos of time and distance but evrerytime a great service (ohh changed my local garage after last visit (cos of all the missed things) so hopefully when I go back they will find less wrong )

Echo exactly what Steve says - used them last year and the service was fantastic. Bit far for me to travel though but service certainly makes up for it.
Paul is extremely friendly,knowledgeable and willing to go that bit further to ensure your car is running perfectly. Alex is also a star!

Austec are excellent!
Very competitive pricing, particularly on the servicing side; great set-up and very friendly!
Also the fact that they can pick you up or drop you off at the station is also a plus as makes it much easier to get to and from them without the car!
My latest purchase (another Cerb) will be there soon for the ACT induction kit and re-map!

Did you get the straight through conversion?
I had mine done Wednesday and it is stunning, really hit home last night when I drove down a really built up area and just about every single person turned and gawped to see what teh reacket was!
