audio CD editing software

[FunkyGibbon]

I need to create a compilation of song intro's for a quiz. Anybody recommend suitable software for doing this?

TIA

Cool Edit Pro is a superb bit of software for fiddling around with audi files and samples - cutting and pasting specific bits of songs is as simple as cutting and pasting in excel. Costs a bit though...

Nero 6 or 7 is what you need.
