can you buy the wiper park switch seperately from the whole motor? If so, how much and where from?

1) yes
2) not much (less than a tenner, IIRC)
3) don't know, ask shnozz (I know he bought one a while back for his Chim)

SS is right, they are about £8 and you can get them from any main dealer.

If your wipers are playing up you could try just pulling the plug apart and spraying some wd40 in and around it and pushing it back together .Mine was waterlogged and the wipers were playing up despite the switch being replaced 6 months previous.

Make sure that when you put it all back together you apply a good quantity of silicone sealant to the area. Water tends to run over it, which causes the switch to corode.
