Yeah, we've been quite lucky down here...A few dribbles but nothing much...Still it's been bloddy cold and wet of late....Still, riding a bike in this weather is "character building".... Clocks go forward soon, so that's a good sign.
Not sure what the forecasts are, but I won't be on a train again!

I've got the the final two days of my direct access course this weekend, with the test booked for lunchtime on Monday. Could I have choosen a colder weekend?!
Been commuting across London throughout the winter on a Honda 125 (nice little scooter with an interesting history - was Button's pit bike for the 2004 season!) but to be honest I can't wait to get my full license and get on a real machine.
I've put a deposit on a bike that a friend of a friend bought this time last year and it's in mint condition - CBF600. Looks like a good all rounder for a first proper bike and seems to stack up nicely against the Bandits and Fazers of this world..
Now all I need to do is track down a decent pair of amoured trousers and possibly a thicker pair of gloves...! Any recommendations for a decent online shop?
