Tracker monitor is the best value, we fitted these at a garage i was at for 10 years and never had a single problem

David,

If you want a tracking system fitted to a new Porsche pre-delivery then your OPC will fit only the Porsche VTS. Moreover, for used cars, Porsche no longer fit 'Tracker' products. Finally, if you have a 'Tracker' fitted then you now run the risk of jeopardising your warranty because the wiring is disturbed to fit the transceiver. There is no doubt that 'Tracker' is cheaper but the Porsche VTs offers greater peace of mind.

Cheers! Porsche today quoted £995+Vat for a VTS. A bit steep, but I will probably pay for it.

It's £1161.25 including VAT and the first year of subscription.

I am very happy with the VTS system on my C4S - the card you have to carry is quite small - easily fits in a wallet etc - and I've only managed to trigger one false alarm in 2 weeks (when I popped to the shop to buy a paper without taking my wallet with me!!!).

As Delbox says, not the cheapest option, but probably the least hassle, and warranty-friendly!!
