Good company for web-based commerce software design or adapt

I need to have some web software made (or possibly adapted from already existing one) to deal with a multi-shop + webshop (including real-time stocks in multiple locations, online and off-line invoicing, credits, retuns, ...)

Unfortunately I've looked at a number of pre-made solutions and none of them appear to have all the needed bits

Can anyone recommend a good company that specializes in this type of stuff.
