Ladies & Gents,
I spend most of my PH time in the TVR pages but I've been checking the threads on here for some time now and, thanks to the info they contain, you have helped me to........
Choose a new wide angle lens (Sigma 10-20mm), which my mum will be bringing back from the US with her next week
Choose a site for hosting photo's to upload here
Understand more about RAW v JPEG
Learn more about Photoshop
Choose a new tripod, well nearly anyway!
Book a holiday in the Lake District - thanks Steve
.... and most importantly, inspired me to go out and take more pic's!!
Now that I have a bit more time I hope to be able to post some more pic's on here. I'll probably be asking loads of questions as well, so I before I do I thought it only fair to post a photo. Any comments gratefully received!
Thanks,
Longers

Well done that man! Nice pic Longers. Hope the weather holds for your visit.
I used to have a Seven with those exact 'aniversary' colours (Ruby Red / Merc Silver)
...and they do look a lot better with the doors off:
...and even better after a good thrash
(Sorry for the thread hi-jack... re-living old times you know) BTW - a gold star if anoyone can name the PHer in the background!

Our pleasure ...
Nice pic...could be a magazine cover...I would have removed the side window though..
Keep Snapping...
depends, the driver could be really ugly lol
Andy's pretty ugly but Karen's just pretty and it was her choice. Her comment was "if we're going out for dinner in that you're putting the doors on" !!
Mrs L didn't mind driving the TVR while I was hanging out taking the pics - ok we had doors but at least the windows were down!!
