your have to face facts they are coming down in price as are chims and griffs
you only have to look at PHs classiefied to see cars on there unsold after 5-6 weeks
people want too much for them
There is some truth in that, but mine has been on there for months FTVRSH and all that for £13k, ebay next week I think.
your be disappointed on flea-bay as the same cars keep coming back on every other week
i'm watching as i'm going to be in the market soon
makes me laugh the amount of CAT D/C cars on there or autotrader that want hpi clear money !!!!!ferraris are the same i was thinking of getting a MONDIAL people think they are still worth loads aswell people need to be realistic and look at the market trends
flea-bay is good to watch and see how many cars 96-97 cerbs don't even make £10,000
but that looking from my point of view especially as i'm looking to buy
i'm sure if i was selling one i'd over price it aswell lol

You've unearthed the mysterious T-plate yellow cerb thats been spotted a few times (by me at least) in the Brighton area over the past year or so. Didnt think he was a PHer
Lovely interior
I spotted yours, Nick at Austec yesterday morning - looked good!!
Rob
Cheers Rob, you obviously didnt get too close or you would have seen the stone chips on the front and the gouge(sp?) in the bootlid where some pratt dropped an old microwave on it while sitting in my garage (no prizes for guessing who the pratt is
) Thought as I have a novice track evening at Brands in a couple of weeks, followed 3 days later by Santa Pod, and the fact that he hasnt had a service for ages and was down on power at the last SRR bun fight, I should treat him to a full service, bless his little cotton socks

Guess I must have been lucky last month then. Sold my 1998 4.5 for £16k. Had a load of 'watchers', but only one bid. Then the day after the car was sold, I got another contact via the classifieds. Buyers must be out there, but with the numbers of Cerbs for sale at the moment, they can wait until the right one comes along. And by that, I only mean what's right for them. Mine was yellow; not to everyones taste I know, but if that's what someone wants, they'll pass on your blue/red/green one until it turns up.
Still, it's Spring today................

oooo! I really wanted to buy yours as it's the perfect combo for me! I have it as my background piccy right now. I was really hoping it'd still be around at the end of April when I'm ready to buy :-( A few more weeks now, not long.....

Neil,
You're right - but I did notice it wanted a wash
Time for a bit of cerbie pampering I recon!! Mine's in for a service too, plus it's MOT time. Oh, and did I mention the purple pipes need replacing so its induction pipe time, remap etc...? Of course not!!!
I'm hoping mine's back on Saturday - when is yours due (I'm missing mine already!!!)?
Cheers
Rob

:cough: Nick :cough:
That's positively clean by my standards
I foolishly said to Paul do it when he could as I was off on business next week, so if it wasnt done this week then no hurry. On reflection, perhaps I shouldnt have said that
I already have all of the above done, so hopefully he's only in for the big service
