Doors not locking

Hi just got my cerb just under a week ago and the doors dont want to lock when i press the button on my remote, its got a laserline alarm which is the fob iam using, it still flashes the indicators and locks the boot but doesnt lock the doors, if iam inside the car and press the button which dissables the outside switch then that works fine

Any help would be apprecitated as i cant leave the car anywhere

Try doing a reset.

Disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes, re-connect it, then immediately press the button on the fob for a few seconds, this may reset the alarm for you.
