On my first couple of runs I thought there was something wrong with my car, it just wouldn't pull hard at the top end. I was quite happy to come back and hear people talking about a head wind! At least it wasn't that cold, Simon said it was absolutely freezing there on saturday.

I have never seen anyone drift like Trackdemon was doing, a few times I thought "that's going to spin, absolutely no way back from here" but sure enough he recovered them and then turned it into another slide Shame about the football eh Steve

I think the head wind made a big difference. I managed 174 at VMax X and only 165 yesterday.

Ah yes, the headwind. When Joolz got in the car for a couple of runs, one being the first I did, I looked around at things blowing in the wind and said 'you know, it's got the feeling of a 150mph day...'

Next 3 runs? 150mph

So how did I post a 155mph? Well, there was a 1/2 hour drop in the wind...

Cheers one and all.

Thanks Craig

155 in the 456 compared to 160 last time. Not bad considering the wind I thought

Craig - didn't realise you were that unwell chap, hope your feeling better! You will have to have a drive of the 550 next time out, I am thinking of a Koenig trip if I can get funds approval from the long haired sergant major!!! Would love to see an Italian up there with all that German pork and uber Merc beef...

Thanks Craig,
Had a brilliant day as per usual, only problem being the slow service at the pub causing us to miss the after lunch session! (not your fault of course!!) and hence the sound of that AMV8. Nevermind! As usual brilliantly run and thanks to james and greg too!
Looking forward to the next time.
Billy
