On that lap Button's sector 2 times was almost 2 seconds slower than previous laps and Alonson catching up took 2 seconds off of Button. Speed held him up during one sector only they shouldn't try to make it sound like they do, the fact of the matter is before Button caught Speed he was 4.5s ahead of Alonso, when the blues flags had been waved and Speed saw them and Button had the opportunity to pass (he had caught him on a difficult part of the circuit to overtake) he was only 2s ahead of Alonso. I think Speed thought it was Barrichello...rookie mistake.
