Noisy Neighbours!

Moved into a new house just before Christmas only to discover I have a couple of things in common with my new neighbour. Firstly we are both called Graham (all be it different spelling), and secondly out of his garage reversed a gorgeous Griff 500. I can go 6 months without seeing another Griff and now my new next door neighbour has one! Apparently there is a Cerbera and Tuscan in the area too.
My girlfriend finds it very amusing, currently getting a lot of ribbing about washing cars on a Sunday!

Yes, look forward to it once the decent weather arrives. Rather embarrisingly though the neighbours looks much cleaner than mine, think I need to spend some time on it. Still one of the reason's I bought the new house was because it had a garage, the cars been living outside since I've owned it (4 years) so should be able to keep it clean now. Time to splash out on some Zymol (spelling?) I think.

Yes, that's right. I used to live in a flat so didn't have any covered parking for the car.
I made sure I used Fabsil (tent water proofer - paint on version) on the hood a couple of times a year but thats all, didn't bother with a cover. I've never seen or felt any water ingress even in the really heavy rain. Previous Griff was okay to.
The only real problem I had was some low life decided to key the car (not only mine but 6 others in the car park too). That and the fact you wash the car then the next day it's filthy again becuase it's rained!

Thats almost as funny as when i came back to my car to find a note on the windscreen saying sorry i bumped your car with my wheel here'e my phone number.
i looked at the car and it was just mud a a scratch that i t-cut out later...
I phoned the guy just to see if the number was for real... only to discover it was a guy who also had a griff.... poor chap was motified he had hit a tvr...
even wierder, we both have discovery v8's as well..
