Hmm would have thought something as little as this would be around the £10.00 each mark ?

I'm sure the parts for mine cost a lot less than £70, but if you buy the kit from Steve you save a lot of bother. I'd say it was good value for money.

forgot to mention that the steve heath ones are rose joints, so no worn out bits of rubber, hence the price.

Also the price includes VAT and P&P to the UK. They are significantly cheaper than the originals and perform better and come with free bling. www.tvrextras.co.uk I have some available right now.....

I fitted the Steve H droplinks front and rear to my 500 last month. The car turns in better and is much less nervous on the bumps. Well worth the money!

I supply instructions so anyone with a trolley jack etc can fit them in around an hour or so each end. These are available/downloadable from the product descriptions in the shop. The main issue is getting the other ones off.

A dealer or indie should take around 30-45 mins. BBs experiences on this are on the Griffith pages.

They replace the existing rubber based ones so that the ARB actually works on the suspension instead of deforming the rubber. End result is that body roll is greatly reduced and the turn in improved. It also makes the car less twitchy on bumpy roads. If the originals are deformed/cracked or simply old, they should be replaced. To be honest if you are thinking of any suspension upgrades I would suggest fitting them first as I reckon many upgrades have been fitted to compensate for the ARB inadequacy and are not fully exploiting what the upgrades can do. With adjustable suspension, many have found that they can soften the suspension when the links are fitted and further improve the ride.

Steve,
30-45 minutes is a tad ambitious. I would say 20 - 30 minutes each corner to be on the safe side.
Rear's done on the Griff now. I've got the front and ordered the ARB bushes from Ford today (thanks AV for the part number) so will have a bash at the weekend (assuming nothing jumps to top of priority list). lok the business and do the job from reports I've seen - in fact i've yet to see any bad press. At the money they are great value.

It all depends on how easy the old ones come off. For a home fit without the benfit of a ramp, air guns etc about 60-90 mins is the norm. With all the facilities it can be a lot less. The record for a set of fronts during testing was 15 minutes!

PS Thanks everyone for all the positive feedback.
