Anyone got a spare desk/broadband that they could sublet to me for a few weeks around Marlow/Bourne End/Maidenhead/High Wycombe?

I'm moving and need somewhere to run PH from during the move to ensure continuity whilst I sort out new phone lines etc.

Whilst by no means a cheap option, a Regus office may fit the bill. There is one at Maidenhead, according to their website

I have no idea on pricing or minimum length of contract, but I did work out of a Regus office for a few weeks fairly recently and it was a fairly pleasant place to work from. Nice desks and chairs provided with the room and both wireless and wired broadband included too.

Edit: There appears to be one at High Wycombe too.

Yep, I've enquired about Regus previously. They wanted £150 a month to park a car in an empty car park.

That will be a last resort

Can't believe you have had no offers yet.

I've got 2 places that would be ideal c/w your required facilities but not location wise.

Sorry

Ted,

I'd say that MKFS is always an option if needed.

Ted,

There are many office spaces available down the A4 in Slough. I'll take some numbers down for you on the way home if you like.

Thanks. I'll see what turns up on this thread and then perhaps revisit some of the serviced offices in Maidenhead.

Is Ascot too far? I used Gibbs House there once for a couple of weeks and although cheap and cheerful it was cheap ( And cheerful! )

Thanks, but yes, that would be too far.

Looks like I'll just have to bite the bullet and give Regus all my pocket money.

Ted,

You could always go mobile (in every sense of the word): www.pistonheads.com/sales/70022.htm

Erm .... I'll get my coat.

P.S. At least you'd get your money back afterwards.

Stick in a wireless access point, get it sprayed black, and with a few PH smilies strategically placed .... what more could you want?

Hummmm ....

You know, he's got a point. All you need are a few friendly PHer to give you access to their Wireless Access Points and you're sorted.

I've worked in Regus in Maidenhead and I assure you they don't have an empty car park!
