so far
new cooling pipes nice blue
new leads and plugs
new carpets
new stero
6x9 speakers in the back (main tubes in red to suit the carpet)
new ones in front (main tubes in red to suit the carpet)
got or waiting on stiock for aluminium handbrake, fan controloler rotater thing , stalks
other bits ansd bobs
so thought about a new clock set
move originals over (well the speedo)
remove the oil pressure
remove water temp
remove the crappy rev counter
put in a new electronic speedo with rev couter (digital and bar agragh)(has warning that flash up when things to low )
with oil pressure, temp, water temp, battery voltage and other little bits and bobs

I like most what you've done, and applaud the speed at which you've made the changes since acquisition...
But, call me old fashioned if you like, I find the standard walnut dashboard a thing of unrivalled style and elegance. Part of the driving experience is being surrounded by Leather and Walnut, and I actually never look at the rev counter, or the Speedo that much, but it's good to know they are there if I need them.
You're introducing 'digital technology into an analogue classic'... didn't David Cameron say the opposite yesterday.. the time lords will be after you..
That said, it's your car, and you know what you want... and I hope it works out.
Ps... You’re only just down the road, maybe one day I'll get to see it.
