nearest service place to me is bleedin harogate or blackpool (?) I guess?? so that's a long bloody way compared to hl gorner in wigan which has now ceased trading (i was told)

HL Gorners have been replaced by the Merc garage in Preston (see other thread), or if you fancy a trip, Hexham have a very good reputation

Regarding service, why not try Ian at middlewich, that's not too far from you is it? (just not for a week or so though, want to make sure he gets mine done first! )

cool I didn't know he did regular services. is ian's service classed as 'full tvr service history' if you know what I mean

was a bit nervous abour drving on the motorway for some reason but I drove today and it wad a doddle. the car feels far more comfortable at high speed than low. obviously needs less clutch which is always good!

Ian will stamp your book etc. Excellent guy, always tries to please but always got lotta work on...better than main dealers in my recent experience and wont rip you off. Just be patient....recommended!
