BritGT Media day
Discussion
Thanks chaps, glad you like the livery
Sorry about the crap lap times, we went on to Dave Pinkney's race winning set up and I think it was a set up too far
for us at this stage of our learning curve, a touch of running before we can walk. We ended up over driving the car and getting frustrated that we couldn't get passed the 1.32's, we'll get it sorted and in any event, Jan and I always go better in the races.
Here's the official entry list,

Yes, our programme started quite well yesterday...
We're under no illusions about how hard it's going to be though. We haven't shown our hand yet, but we're pretty sure the Panoz weren't exactly flat out either.
Steve @ Eclipse.

That's depressed me even more,

there was some consolation in only being 7 sec off your pace, if there's more to come then Jan and I better do some more test days
Your car is definitly on it, and your Ex Tuscan drivers
are going to be hard to match in terms of their ability to not only drive the car to it's limits and superb car control , but also their mind sets and point blank refusal to be beaten by anyone. These guy's are something else to behold, I should know, I'll see them in my mirrors about every 10/15 laps and when they pass you, you get the distinct feeling that you've stopped
The cars are looking good, I’m looking forward to seeing them on the track Easter Monday at Oulton park. In fact meaning as that day is my birthday I have treated myself and Mrs Alcad to a hospitality package so we will say hello if we see you in the paddock or on the grid before the start.
Alan.

Any pics of the Moslers?
There are a few here, plus the rest of the media day runners.

Nice pictures, Izzy. Thanks for the link, Paul. Having seen those cars, I'm really excited about the new season! The Aston looks fab as does the Lotus. I love Rod's colour scheme too.
Fair bit of PH interest in the series this year, what with drivers and engineers, so should be good to watch. Great variety as well with the Morgan, Moslers, ProSports, Marcos and Panoz along with the ubiquitous Porsches. No pictures of the Ecosse Ferrari?

You'll find only Thruxton has one that is close to available on a race weekend.
Snett's is the back straight, can't see them stopping racing to allow a 'plane in.
Silverstone's forms part of the Stowe circuit and crosses both International and National circuits.
Brands is used as a car park 99% of the time.
Unless you are flying rotary wing, I'd think about driving to most of them.
