Ultima drivers not like TVR drivers

Was Driving the Chim along the A66 Middlesbrough when a mean as hell Ultima in black pulled off a roundabout in front of me. I got along side him to give him the thumbs up but he would'nt even look in my direction. Its not like I was in a Vectra or Mondeo or some other everyday car. I would expect an Ultima driver to be a proper car nut, not some d***head who's too cool to aknowledge a genuin petrol head.
I'm normally looking out for pot holes & on the occasional bit of flat road that I find, I start looking at my oil pressure, to see if anythings going to break.
I keep reading about people driving tivs with a smile, but mines more of a nervous grimus, I look like I'm about to sh1t a coconut.

Being an ex-Ultima owner and a general car nut I would of waved 
Black one too! Wonder if that's my old car..........
There are certainly a few owners that do believe their sh!t don't stink but I met up with quite a few good guys, some of which hang out with their local TVR nuts

All the Ultima drivers I have meet ( 3 in last 6 months ... not bad as I had never even seen one 6 months ago) have been top blokes. Really enthustiastic car nuts and owned cars of a similar iilk of the TVR......
as said probably concentrating on driving....... I get a tunnel vision when driving, not really aware of car type more object in my way or is it going to move in my way

I am interested in that as well! Dont worry I am not getting rid of the tvr, its just for as long as they TVR are not sold in the US and for as long as my company keep wanting to send me here, I am wondering if I should compromise and build one if I move out to the US. So I am a regular reader of the PH ultima part!
Why did I sell??
I've built 2 cars in just over 2 years, for me the fun is in the build.
Plus in the 4 months I had it on the road I managed to complete only 650 miles, this was mainly due to how impracticial the car is.
In comparison the Sagaris is so much better.
Now just working out if to build a hot rod, a harley based chopper or bike powered lotus 7 rep

You've got excellent taste, I love hotrods aswell as Cobra and GT40 reps and I've been fancying a Chopper since I've been watching all the programs on Sky. Problem is, I'd never get time to build my own.
