track rod ends

I need for my TVR Cerbera a new track rod end (only the rubber seal) at the moment no dealer can supply this part. Does anyone know if you can buy only the rubber seal or is anyone able to supply such a part. I would pay every price but I just want it. Please contact me under [e-mail]. Thanks alot. P.S. Have you tried any of the breakers such as Bell Hill? A second hand one might be better than nothing at all. A search on these forums should give you all the contact details from past threads.

Are they the same item as fitted to Chim/Griff? They look identical, but I have not checked further yet, anyone know?

If they are, then Schimg who is re-building his Chimaera (see thread in Chimaera forum)found out what vehicle they are from. He paid less than a fiver IIRC for a new one from a local factors. I need to replace one of mine so I really should do some further digging. Frankly, for a fiver it is almost worth a gamble, except I need to cut the old one off (it's a long story!) and do not want to get left with no steering if the part does not fit.
