Starting to get over excited already ... been thinking of maybe "stickering" the car ...

where might one get a set of vynal "shelby stripes" pref in silver / white that dont do in paint when the weekend is over

Try RS Graphics. I have not used them, but they seem to have one of the better selections of stickers.

I am probably going to use their car door driver/co-driver stickers for the Le Mans epic!

Halfauds and most other accessory shops do 'Viper stripes'. Usually about £20 a set!

I really hate myself for being pedantic, but its spelt vinyl.


I was thinking of putting a bunch of stickers on my car as well for LM, think it would look pretty cool.

Don't suppose anybody would notice a 182 at LM otherwise.

Looked into halfrauds but they got stumped when i told them that the car was 16ft long ...

Cheers for the others, will give a few a knock and see what they say ...

Look at my profile pic, I got the halfrauds set last year and it covered the car with a couple of foot spare. Don't forget to take out the windows in the calculation of how much you need .

its an XJ-S ... 16ft 6in end to end and very "flat" (look at pic in profile) .... plus up and down bits ... lets just say that its a tight fit in my parking space ...

edited to say that i should have looked before talking ... passat estates are long too arent they .....

Dunno mate... yours stands out quite a lot
You need some stickers like mine last year:

"I got bored of taking the Ferrari to Le Mans"

or the current pair:

"If you can read this then I'm not speeding"

and in preparation for the Ferrari meet tomorrow:

"It may be crap but at least its not a Porsche!"



Edited to add: I even got a spotted or two from those stickers (the best and probably only Micra at Le Mans )
