Hi, just over from the Chimaera forum and I want to get some Tuscan seats for my Chim.

Anybody got any for sale, thinking of upgrading your own and want to reduce the pain by selling yours?

This is not a trade ad so please give me a shout with any information and if possible some idea of how much i should be paying....yes i know how dangerous that statement is!!

thanks

You have sat in the Tuscan seats haven't you? I'm not sure they are an upgrade.

Are they really that bad?

I am approaching this from a purely cosmetic perspective but i will listen to advice from real users!

I find them very very comfy. Had a slipped disc a few years ago. Seats in my old MX5 were bad, Tuscan seats are a dream.

I find the seats quite comfy but then ive only got a small bum, the most comfortable seats i ever sat in belonged to a Renault clio 1.4 RT but then if you went round the corner at 60 you would prob end up doing a somersault though someones window.

Err, sorry for the ignorance but when you refer to 'Tuscan seats' are they the same ones fitted to 2000 Cerbs and later ?

Coz if so, their lumber pump make them the most comfortable I've ever sat in - in a sportscar.

The most comfortable seats ever were in a Vulva T70 !

I don't know if they've changes the design over the years, but the backs of mine are concave side to side so with the shape/width of the side bolsters they don't hold me in when cornering hard. I tend to brace myself against the door and the trans tunnel. I agree that they are comfy for just sitting in and driving around.

While we're on the subject does anyone have a Prussian blue drivers seat - will happily collect and pay fairly for it. Mine has damage to one of the sides (largely due to the rather large chap I bought it off)
