Finally did it and got the Chimaera of my dreams and its everything i hoped for... and now its safely with me in Amsterdam.

To be road-worthy in this flat land I need to get new headlamps or reflectors to bend the beam the other way.... its a RHD direct from England.

Does anybody have any idea who supplies the lamps for left hand drive Chimaeras... the only dealer in the Netherlands is having trouble.

Hope someone can help!

Have you tried talking to www.tvr-mads.co.uk/usedcars.asp

The MADS bit stands for Military and Diplomatic Sales, they should know about headlamps

I've never had to change mine but they look like standard 7" round headlamps to me. These were used by all sort of other cars, eg Landrover, old Fords and Triumph etc, etc. The sealed beam units used to cost about £5 each but I see you can now get a pair for $100

Congratulation on your fine purchase BTW.

You could put some beam deflectors on in the meantime?
