MSM £1600 !!!!

They wouldn't even entertain insuring my girlfriend - clean licence, no claims ...err....22 years old...

Any suggestions?

I've got mine thru Footman James, 3000 mile but 1/2 the price of that quote, and I don't even have much of a NC history (in this company)...

perhaps it's due to the somewhat smaller age gap between me and the other half... ;-)

for the Ultima, you'd be lucky to get any insurance at all until you were at least 30...

My son has just bought a TVR - 400SE V8. Most places laughed and put the phone down, but he ended up with ELEPHANT.com and paid £1100 for fully comp at 21 years old. Nearest other was £3,500 third party...... Might be worth a go re ultima.?????
