Stuck inside

I attempted to open the Griff's door after parking by pulling the handle as usual, but nothing happened except for the change of the expression on my face. The latch/handle felt "crunchy" when I pulled it, but the door latch did not release.

If I pull and hold the handle open, it feels as if there is a little play in the attached cable. Do I need to adjust this cable, and if so how/where?

Please help, advice appreciated.

The cable just pulls on the catch actuator behind the carpet on the B post, maybe it needs adjusting there.

Doesn't sound too healthy, Adjustment I believe is behind the Door pillar..If its broken at the Handle end then the Center Console will need lifting off

Please accept my sympathies for your predicament, and my apologies for not having any wisdom to offer for a remedy, but how did you get out? Are you still in the car on a wireless laptop? Do you need a cup of tea sent out?

Was entertained a while ago when loitering at a dealers, Mr&Mrs Numpty wandered up and got in a Griff, and had no idea how to get out. Had to rescue them after while.

Hmm....my first Tuscan experience was similar: felt a right berk, thought I HAD tried every button.....to exact some retribution at others` expense, I stay quiet when they try to alight from my Griff by looking for a lever on the door.....

Thanks for the feedback, I managed to get out by using the "plunger" on the outside.....was very nearly very embarrassing as there were two chaps in Jap go fast things (big air intakes and large rear spoilers) in the car park watching me.

It would have been embarrassing to climb over the centre console in my suit in full view...could have been worse 'suppose.
