rear view mirror broken off!

Whilst adjusting my mirror yesterday, it sadly came away in my hand!! The section attached to the window is complete, it is just the plastic lugs on the mirror bracket that you insert into the attachment on the windscreen that have snapped...

I have a Griffith 500, 94, does anyone know if the mirror is from a regular car such as Ford or Rover (since so many parts are taken from other cars!)
