As someone who used to ride mtb trials I am sorely disappointed in my stunting ability on the bike so far limited to accidental wheelies when traffic light gp'ing and riding off with my disc lock on (well they said it looked spectacular ) . Can any of the PH fraternity recommend a day to improve my skills - burnouts and multiple clutch frying wheelies kind of thing preferably not on my bike.

Or would I be better off buying an old shed of a bike and practising all summer on that.

Thanks

Simon

Have a look on this thread or do a search on visordown, be prepared for a bit of banter though if you sign up, its not as civilised as it is on here

Or, ahem, you could practice gently every day, just a little bit, on your way to work.

Although, watch out for since I think it comes under something like "not being in full control of your vehicle". However, I think wheelies show rather stunning control.

Edited to add
Incidentally, I used to wheelie everywhere on my mountain bike, round corners, the lot. When I moved to motorcycles it took me a long time to build the confidence to wheelie properly and it just took a hell of a lot of practice to learn.

By a KTM 610 and convert it to Enduro spec. - the struggle then will be NOT wheelying everywhere (intentionally or not!)!!
