Dear Mr XXXX

Thank you for your correspondence addressed to Dr Panke. Please accept our response which we have been asked to send you on his behalf.

It is always a pleasure to hear from long-term BMW enthusiasts such as yourself and we thank you for your thoughtful input on the warranty pricing strategy in the UK.

We have reviewed your e-mail with our subsidiary, which is solely responsible for all aftersales matters in the UK including the insured warranty policies. We understand that you have already been in contact with our colleagues regarding your constructive feedback on the new pricing structure. Please be assured that they have thoroughly investigated this entire matter and have already commented on the position. As this is an issue that remains the responsibility of our UK subsidiary, we are unable to expand further on the subject and refer you to their initial communication to you.

In closing, we once again thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valued opinion and truly hope that you will continue your relationship with BMW for years to come.

Yours sincerely,

Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft
