What happens if I get a Sagaris serviced by an independent specialist? Does it void the warranty or do I HAVE to take it to a main dealer for the warranty to be honoured?

Think the law was changed a couple of years ago to stop main dealers having a hold over you on servicing / warranties.Ok to have serviced anywhere as long as they stick to the service schedule and as long as TVR parts are used .Could still be more difficult to make a claim against TVR if anything does go wrong though.

TVR are going to be very picky about waranty claims now that they have put the 3 year tag on the cars. My gut feel is that you will need the support of a dealer to get your claims through.

With a lot of the main dealers offering discount for TVR CC - the price gap shrinks a bit..

It's also a problem if you didn't buy the car from the dealer, as I have experienced.

As long as the indy is part of some asscoiation which i cant think of the name of and uses a factory schedule then the warranty is not void. Best to use Ex factory satff; more knowledge and experience. I have used Automedon even though mine is an earlier car, I am sure that they can keep warranties valid.
