Noddy q about "M3 coupe edition s54"

Does anyone know where I can get the full spec for the "M3 coupe edition s54"?

It looks like it's an Individual M3 with a lot of toys as standard - just want to confirm, really. I quite like the Silverstone colour, haven't seen many. And the follow on question is, does the one in the link below look like realistic money (36995) for what it is? At the same dealer there is an (almost) identical car for 39995 with Schnitzer suspension...

It's nothing particularly special, just a UK dealer special edition. S54 is the code for the M3 engine.
