Been getting quite a few "An error has occurred" instances this pm whilst browsing the forums, no real problem as a refresh seems to resolve the viewing but could be a symptom of a larger issue?

Yep, just resolved it now.

Tweaked some things earlier which buggered things up

I'm still getting them occasionally when posting, but despite the error screen appearing the post is there when I check.

Yep, still getting a few a day. I know what the problem is, not sure of the cause if that makes sense...
