Getting good use out of a key drive

I have a USB key drive which is great for carrying stuff around. It's cheap, very portable and I do actually keep in on my key ring. I would like to hold a regular set of files which are always up to date. Does anyone know of an app which will allow me to sync my files whenever I plug the key drive into my PC?

I know I could use iTunes but this is just a key drive not an ipod.

Any ideas?

Unison. It uses rsync to do the actual copying, and includes
all the necessary scripting.
