Spyware / adaware?

Vaguely remember these were programmes I used to have on my PC and run every few weeks, but after a PC rebuild I have lost them.

Think I got 'em free off the net from a link someone gave me but I can't seem to find the exact ones anymore. Can someone point me in the direction of anything similar that is good?
