Brera pictures!!!

Is that Argento Alfa? I still think metallic black will be the colour.
I'm warming to the shape - front and back are good, front and back three-quarters are both great, but side-on....not so sure.
What are the stripey seats like in real life? I can see now what you meant by jam roly-poly with red leather, but with black leather it looks good.

The Brera looks great and I'm sure it's a fine car, but I have a hard time thinking of it as the replacement to the GTV. It looks a bit too much like a hatch and not enough like a sports car.
IMHO an 8C with a 3.2 V6 would have been a worthy replacement - it didn't have to have the £65k price tag and 400bhp V8.

OK, just back from the Alfa dealer and the Brera is miles better in the metal than any photos I've seen of it - I'd previously always thought it looked a bit hefty towards the back. The only criticism of the styling is that the multi-spoke wheels are a bit busy for me.
Rear seats are still rubbish, but there's a worthwhile boot, and the glass roof is less of a gimmick than I thought.
The metal (effect?) on the centre console looks great, but sadly the car I saw had a dent in this already.
I'm really fond of my GTV, but the Brera seems a big step forward. They've got a black one coming in next week...
