Just scanning an old (redundant) G-mail account,
and have recieved pages and pages of other peoples E-addresses
together with demands from many of them to DV,
for immediate removal, from their mailing list,
amongast them a message;
Dear all
Sorry for the mass reply but due to this major breach of our privacy by certain malicious individuals, We must take steps to stop it NOW.
1. Send no more mass replies to anyone, no matter how much you want your name removed from the list, it will not help your case.
2. You must NOW Delete all messages that have been been generated in your inbox / sent box relating to the initial mail so far.
3. Any further incoming messages delete them immediately urging the sender to do the above and do it via private message only.
4. Take any further action up personally with Paul Lowther as he is the one responsible for exposing your privacy, His contact details are paul.lowther@gmail.com his telephone numbers are Home 01491 671342 Mobile 07832 263179
The implications of this are huge that just one person on the list has to have poor security on their computer for us all to be spammed to death, removing these emails from as many machines as possible reduces the risk of this.
I would also question the security of the computer system at Douglas Valley and whether other details like credit card information can be accessed by third parties.
