Motorsport torrent site

This is something ive been considering for a while now and I would like your opinions on it.

Downloading things on the net is common place now. Its still mostly illegal however, if you dont get caught.......

Anyway, one way of downloading things is by using torrents. Basically you download a small 10Kb file which is like a link telling you what files you need to get and where to get them from. Using a program like bitlord, you open the torrent and if someone is sharing the file, or part of it, it starts downloading... Simple!

One problem is finding stuff you want because their is so much sh*t out there.

What I would propose would be to start a website devoted to providing motorsport related torrents.

At the moment you have to trawl through search engines for hours on end to find something like the A1GP or some BTCC, etc.

If there was a dedicated site where they could be posted, surely everything would be better, easier, and more people would have access to racing 24/7.

Im having this rant because I have just come home from uni for 3 weeks to work on my dissertation and..... my folks aint got sky sports or motors Tv!

I need my fix of motorsport, not just at the weekend but constantly.

Im gonna stop now but please, tell me what you think to the idea. If there seems enough interest, I may start researching on starting one. Hey, i gotta find sumut to do after i finish my degree

it's a good idea but im not sure that the mods of the PH board would like the forum being used as a place to setup "questionable" download sites.

I wasnt using it to set it up in anyway, I just wondered whether I was alone in my frustration or whether people who enjoy racing dont download races or documentaries on race cars, etc

I hope this post wont get pulled
