I remember seeing a link on here a while back saying that AON was giving good quotes at the mo. Does anyone have their number as I can't find it anywhere (and the search on the site doesn't seem to be working properly)

Thanks
Andy

I tired to get a quote from them

A week of nonreturned calls and being hung up on while on hold, then finally told that I had to own the car for more than a year before they would insure me.....

Shame as I heard they did good prices

Thanks.

Tried phoning a few others yesterday... the best I got on a 996C4 was £751 from Privilege, but when I told them I had GT3 wheels and side skirts it went up to £915 with £200 extra on the excess.

Does anyone know which insurers are "modification friendly"?

Yes -AON, I told them I've put Pss9's on, GT3 seats, 450 kit (rs tuning), and am about to install cage and harnesses. That will be £25 increase please to £550 - limited to 5000 miles. Extra £50 to put my partner on (she's 27). Also AON do 5 free track days. I can't recommend them enough!

Hmmm... they couldn't quote me as the car isn't kept in a garage. Seemed like nice people though...
