i am still saving for a cerb but it will have to wait till next summer as our house is on the market (bloody women) what do you experts think will happen to prices in the next year ,stay the same or drop significantly ?

I'm neither buying nor selling. But a really good Cerb will never be 'cheap'

You might want to either speed up or delay your plans - in relative terms, despite being a coupe, Cerb price will be somewhat higher in the summer than winter - personally I'd aim to buy between November and January... that way some sellers will be desparate to shift it in order to pay for Xmas...;. or pay off Xmas!
