No i should not really be considering it. but it has no air Con

2003 model 2.7 Boxster.

But half of me is tempted as it has glass screen, i know without air con people say it can mist up would the heated screen help.

or should i really stay away. half tempted as its a newer model less fear of boxster chop.

When driving a boxster does air con be on nearly all the time.

Walk away. Wait for the spec you want. Aircon is a must in my book

Priced a 53 plate yesterday at work. Book trade £22K, offered the chap £18K because of no air. Everything has it's price. How much is the car?

You can retro fit a glass rear window in place of the plastic one ... get a slightly older 'S' for the same money and get the plastic out (physically and monetarily!)

Thought last night could by a plastic screen and replace it with glass

Hi tonker,

Maybe this boxster chop is not as bad as everybody says, i just thought it was a worry.

For 2004 going at auction for 20k thats not bad take it was BCA.

My problem is i do not like insulting owners with offers on there cars, but at same time to not wanting to pay dealer prices for a private sale

But some private sellers seem to be in a different world when pricing there cars.

Just to say, knocked car on the head, Even though it seemed like a great price. It was a 53 plate 2004 model went for £19,500 at end

Thought i could live with no air con, Strange how my local opc called to say they had a car in for me slighty over budget though.

wait for it, they did not mention it had no air con, i asked him i thought it was important. No he said its not as we are in the south of france, Funny i thought the guy who i spoke to in parts and offered me advice said yes, go for full leather and air con or better go for a S and you get it as standard,
