The sun actually bothered to show itself today, and all the clouds got scared, and ran off. It was fantastically blue all round today, so went out to the local park and clicked away...

Anyone know why the sun did what it did? Just a lens effect?. I left it in as I kind of like it

Feedback, be it good or bad, would be very welcomed!

All I got was monsterous spring showers. So much for trying to wash the car .

Very nice pics though , I like reflection shots like those.

Looks like that passenger airliner is doing a vertical ascent!!

I like them all.

Could do with removing the overhanging branch from the 2nd (or 3rd) last one. Top left of frame.

Love the colour. Very blue!

Shoot me down for saying it, but they all look just a little over exposed to me. Is it a D70?

Did you use a polarising filter?

Olympus E-500. How would I go about sorting out any over exposure? Would it simply be a case of the brightness and contrast adjusters in Gimp??

If you shot them all in RAW then its very easy in any raw processing suite. Otherwise then yes, I guess its easiest just to use brightness and contrast and levels etc.

Could all benifit from a tweak, but then it could be my monitor thats different to yours. They might look fine on your screen and way over on mine.

Have you calibrated your screen? Do they look overblown on yours?

I think a polariser would give the sky and water far more impact, but then I like the polarised look...
