What a sensationally crap weekend for the Brits!

JB completely blew out in the Australian GP... literally!
Darren Manning jump started the feature race in A1GP, had drive through penalty and finished down the field.
Dan Wheldon got punted out by Sam Hornish Jr under yellow in the IRL race.
Dario Franchitti pulled out in the same IRL race whilst leading, after suspension part failed.. having earlier been changed as a precaution.
Andy Priaulx got squeezed out in the WTCC race 2 in Monza.
On the plus side, Priaulx won WTCC race 1 and Manning was second in the A1GP sprint race.. but even so, our guys had some dreadful luck this weekend.

The point is that it could and should have been so much better but for technical failures (JB and Dario) and numerous indiscretions by other drivers (taking out Andy Priaulx and Dan Wheldon).... and in the case of Darren Manning, some particularly dodgy starting procedures which held the grid for a quite ridiculous length of time.
It could have been better for our Irish cousins too... what in hells name was the Indonesian driver playing at when he sent Michael Devaney cart wheeling off into the gravel traps and beyond?!
