Question ...

For cars running in the 'B' (modified) classes, clearly they don't need a MOT but do they need a MSA log book?

Cheers,

Eric

7.4 VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION
All vehicles, when presented for scrutineering, shall be accompanied by the appropriate MSA Competition Car Log Book as required by MSA regulations. Although cars competing in the Road Car Division are not required by these
regulations to be licensed for use on the public highway, competitors are reminded that the requirement for an MSA Competition Car Log Book is waived ONLY where the vehicle in question is presented for scrutineering as being
licensed for use on the public highway, and in a road-worthy condition.
A Vehicle Registration Document (V5) and current full MOT certificate (where required by these regulations) in respect of the competing vehicle shall be made available for inspection at every event.

Cheers Ali.

Aye, I actually spotted that subsequent to posting the question.

It looks like I'll be able to get the log book sorted on the day (Saturday) - see here.
I've emailed Dave McDonald just in case the scrut's need a heads-up.

You coming to Kames?

Cheers,

Eric
