Basingstoke Mobile Speed Van 7th January (Now!)

To all the Basingstoke PHers:

On the road between Worting village and the Leisure Centre (PH meet area) there is a mobile van.

High visibility Police presence - no complaints there but do make sure you are obeying the letter of the law as well as the spirit through Worting village, Buckskin Lane and on the 60mph NSL from Worting to the Leisure Centre.

No point picking up a 3 pointer for an honest mistake, eh?

Oh...and I thought you'd like to know...The poor blighters are absolutely freezing their tits off. Who ordered 'em out on a day like this obviously has no sympathy at all.

And why there? I can't remember the last time I followed a car down that bit of NSL at more than 40mph. I don't do more than the limit on it myself even when clear due to it being short with poor visibilty and bus stops.

Yes. I can't work out who it will actually catch speeding. Maybe its a tax disc sort of thing?
