Been waiting for the Brera all these months, went to have a good look in one at the weekend & now i dont know

The car looks stunning, appears well made & is just sensational to sit in, but oh dear, the lack of space in the rear!

The GT just about copes as a family car, i was expecting some compromise in the Brera, but i reckon my Cerbera would make a more practical bet! We are going to the dealer at the weekend with the child seat & the 3 year old for a test drive, but i dont hold out much hope! With the drivers seat in my favorite position, the back of my seat is touching the squab of the rear seat, Doh!!!!

Its like meeting your life long rock idol, & finding that they're really short & spotty

But!! It is a replacement for the GTV, so it is an improvement on that...

precisely! if in a car you're looking for qualities that the GT has, then surely thats the one for you? you cant really expect a manufacturer to produce 2 cars to fill the same niche, can you?

fingers crossed its just big enough for you though, lovely motors!

I can confirm that it is too small,, but what a drive, what a chassis, makes the GT feel like a an old crate, a truly stunning machine, a massive improvment over the old school, well done Alfa........ just got to work out how to remove the legs of my ever growing family

Sounds good! Which engine did you try? Also, what size wheels did it have, and what size do you have on the GT?

18" wheels on both, crap on the GT, fine on the Brera.

The Brera i drove had the 2.4 diesel, it would never be my choice but it was'nt so bad
